Kundalini Yoga in English language
Kundalini Yoga combines postures, breathing, mantras, mudras and meditation. It is known as the yoga for awareness, it neutralizes stress by acting on the nervous and glandular systems. Body, mind and soul simply synchronize.
Each class is different because there are thousands of ancient sets and the teacher deliveries them without changing anything, following specific timing and sequences, so that the kundalini energy can safely move. Kundalini is the energy that everybody has within, but a stressful lifestyle may block its natural unfolding. Kundalini Yoga gradually and delicately unblocks what is holding you back and increases vitality, resilience, intuition, consciousness and the ability to deal with emotions and life challenges.
The most immediate physical effects you might perceive are: muscle tonification, depuration, a deep sense of relaxation, clarity and strength. If you practice regularly you set new synapses in your brain, getting rid of old schemes and patterns and installing new positive attitudes.
